Adobo Marinade


Makes:(1 1/4 cups, change servings and units)



Ingredients:

5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried Mexican oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and use on meats, chicken, or fish.
